The Lawn Maintenance crew member’s responsibility is to perform routine maintenance services for commercial and residential clients. This includes care for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, blowing and bed maintenance.

The Production Manager coordinates and manages our team of landscape professionals to ensure that projects are completed to our best quality of work, on time and within budget. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Active role in scheduling & completing assigned contracted landscape work.
- Manage landscape installation teams’ schedules, equipment & material needs.
- Train staff to ensure quality of work.
- Frequently visit & inspect properties to create list of items to be completed for project.
- Provide crews with daily instructions and expectations.
- Interacts with sales team, field supervisors and clients to ensure we are performing all contract landscaping projects at the highest quality level.
